Privacy
policy

How Londe looks after the data of people who visit the site, take the brand check or request a brand review. Written to be read, not just accepted.

In short

We only keep what we need to talk to you about your brand. We don't sell data, we don't use advertising cookies, and we delete everything within 12 months if the conversation doesn't turn into a project. To see, correct or delete your data, just write to ola@londe.com.br.

01Who looks after the data

The data on this website is handled by Londe, a brand consultancy based in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018), Londe is the controller: the one who decides how and why the data is used.

For any privacy matter, write to ola@londe.com.br with the subject "Privacy".

02What data we collect

Brand review. Name, WhatsApp, e-mail (optional), company, role, number of employees (optional), the company's main challenge and anything you write in the free-text field.

Online brand check. The answers to the 10 questions, the result and the details from the contact screen: name, company, WhatsApp, e-mail (optional), role, number of employees (optional) and the main challenge.

Partial contact details. If someone starts filling in their contact details and doesn't finish, we keep what has already been filled in (name, company, WhatsApp or e-mail). The notice appears before the fields, in the form itself.

Browsing. Where the visit came from (referring page or the link's campaign identifier), the type of device, the pages viewed, the site language and how far the brand check was answered. This is tied to an anonymous session code, with no name.

Messages. Anyone who writes to ola@ or messages us on WhatsApp sends whatever is in the message.

We don't ask for sensitive data (such as health, religion or political opinion), documents or payment details.

03What we use it for

  • Replying to those who requested a review or took the brand check, and talking about the company's brand.
  • Preparing that conversation. The brand check result is sent to Londe along with the contact details.
  • Understanding which channels bring visitors and at which point people give up on the brand check, so we can improve the site.
  • Meeting legal obligations.

The data is never sold or rented, and it's never used for mass advertising.

04On what legal basis

The LGPD requires a legal basis for each use. Here, they are:

  • Your request (art. 7, V): when the company requests a review or leaves its contact details in the brand check to talk about the result, the data is used for that conversation, which is the step before any contract.
  • Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX): for partial contact details and browsing data. You can object at any time through the privacy channel.
  • Consent (art. 7, I): for Google Analytics, which only turns on after acceptance in the cookie notice and can be turned off at any time through the Cookies link in the footer.
  • Legal obligation (art. 7, II): when a law requires certain data to be kept.

05Cookies and data in your browser

The site stores a few pieces of information in the visitor's own browser:

  • Brand check session: an anonymous code that records how far the brand check was answered and keeps the answers from being lost if the page reloads.
  • Brand check completed: a marker with the date and the result (no name) that tells the review form the person has already taken the brand check.
  • Language switch: a marker that lasts only while the tab is open, used to show the logo intro when someone switches between Portuguese and English.
  • Visit source: the campaign identifier from the first visit, to know which channel brought the visitor.
  • Cookie choice: whether the visitor accepted or declined Google Analytics, so the site doesn't ask again on every page (valid for 12 months).

Google Analytics. With consent in the cookie notice, the site uses Google Analytics to measure visits: pages viewed, time on page, where the visitor came from and device type. This helps us understand what works on the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (those starting with _ga) and never receives anyone's name, e-mail or WhatsApp. Visitors who decline are not counted, and no Analytics cookie is set.

The site doesn't use advertising or social media cookies.

You can change your choice at any time through the Cookies link in the footer, or delete everything by clearing the site's data in your browser.

06Who the data is shared with

Only with those who help the site and our service work:

  • the hosting provider for the site and the dashboard (Hostinger);
  • the service that sends the notification e-mails;
  • Google, through Google Analytics, only for visitors who accepted cookies (browsing data, no name or contact details);
  • Londe's work tools, such as e-mail and WhatsApp.

These providers use the data only to deliver their service. Some may store data outside Brazil; in those cases, Londe follows the LGPD rules on international transfers.

Data may also be handed over to authorities when required by law or a court order.

07How long we keep it

  • Contact details and answers: up to 12 months after the last contact, if the conversation doesn't turn into a project. If it does, for the duration of the contract and the legal obligations that come with it.
  • Partial contact details: up to 12 months, like other contacts.
  • Browsing data: kept only in anonymous form, without identifying anyone.

After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.

08Your rights

At any time, anyone whose data was collected can ask for:

  • confirmation that Londe processes their data, and access to it;
  • correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
  • anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
  • data portability;
  • deletion of the data, when there's no legal obligation to keep it;
  • information about who the data was shared with;
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest.

Just write to ola@londe.com.br with the subject "Privacy". We reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), at gov.br/anpd.

09Security

  • The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS).
  • The dashboard where contacts are stored only opens with a login, and access is limited to the people who handle the service.
  • Contact exports only leave through the dashboard. No personal data sits on a public link.

If an incident occurs that could put the people whose data was collected at risk, Londe will notify those affected and the ANPD, as the law requires.

10Changes to this policy

When something changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Important changes, such as starting to use advertising cookies, will be announced on the site before they take effect.

This is an English version of the Portuguese policy. If the two ever differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
